By accessing and using WebNutch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Use of Prompts
All AI art prompts published on WebNutch are provided free for personal and commercial use. You may copy, modify, and use any prompt for your creative projects, including commercial AI-generated artwork.
You may not reproduce the WebNutch website, database, or substantial collections of prompts for redistribution without written permission.
3. User-Submitted Content
When the Marketplace launches, users who submit prompts grant WebNutch a non-exclusive license to display and distribute those prompts on the platform. You retain ownership of prompts you create and submit.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content. You may not use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download prompts.
5. Advertising
WebNutch displays Google AdSense advertisements to support the free service. We do not control the content of these advertisements and are not responsible for third-party advertiser actions.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. WebNutch is not responsible for the output of any AI model that uses our prompts. Results may vary depending on the AI tool and settings used.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
